The Commission wishes to commend the College for making great progress towards addressing the deficiencies, and on the significant actions taken, as a result of the site-visit report, in the areas of Planning, Curriculum, Assurance of Student Learning, Instructional Resourcesand Student Services & Activities. The stipulation is based on the following areas of concern, which need to be addressed and documentation provided as noted.
The following must be submitted to the ACPHA Commission by December 15, 2021:
- A progress report on the HTA Strategic Plan.
- A progress report on the Alumni Survey development.
- A progress report on the HTA curriculum, including a bulleted list of proposed resolutions to the course deficiencies noted by ACPHA.
- A copy of all course syllabi demonstrating appropriate use of Bloom’s Taxonomy, where higher-level courses include higher learning outcome levels. Syllabi should also link course learning outcomes and program learning outcomes.
- A progress report on the PLO revision, including the assessment plans for the three concentrations and inclusion of formative assessment, where applicable, within your PLOs.
- A summary of the discussion related to conference presentations and professional development opportunities during the September 30, 2021, faculty meeting (meeting minutes are acceptable).
- An overview of funding made available to support faculty professional development opportunities or inclusion in the strategic plan of a goal to establish such funds.
The following must be submitted to the ACPHA Commission by June 15, 2022:
- The completed HTA Strategic Plan.
- If curriculum revisions were not finalized by the December 15 submission, a progress report on the HTA curriculum.
- A progress report on the Alumni Survey development.
- A full assessment plan for the program and concentration areas, including formative assessment measures, where appropriate.
